Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and run marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and student enrollment.
  • Lead and coordinate the Marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Set clear targets for each marketing division, provide guidance, and ensure smooth teamwork.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, then monitor, analyze, and report the results.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively and efficiently according to allocated resources.
  • Work closely with the operations and support teams to meet marketing needs and ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle initial contact for corporate/government sales before handing over to the operational team.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and external marketing agents.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow regulations and protect the company’s image and reputation.

Requirements:

  • At least 2- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or brand management (experience in startups or edtech is a plus).
  • Has led a small to mid-sized such as social media, content, community, SEO, or design.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: paid ads (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads), SEO/SEM, and CRM tools.
  • Able to create and run campaigns with clear goals (leads, CAC, LTV).
  • Experience managing moderate to substantial monthly marketing budgets.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills. Used to reading metrics and making decisions based on CAC, ROAS, engagement rate, and funnel performance.
  • Strong leadership, good communication skills, high resilience, honest, and a problem solver.
  • Based in Jabodetabek area
