Bisa kerja di Cetta itu somehow a privilege. Kerjanya remote, waktu kami nggak habis di jalan. Bisa kerja dari rumah pake daster, dandan cakep sambil cafe hopping, bahkan bisa sambil kuliah, wow! Kami juga masih punya banyak ruang buat explore hobi di samping kerjaan, bener-bener Gen Z banget karena work-life balance tetep terjaga.

Adalah semboyan favoritku sejak pertama bergabung di Cetta. Awalnya hanya rangkaian kata di dinding kantor digital, tapi lama-lama, ia menjelma jadi cara pandang. Semboyan itu mengenyahkan pemikiran-pemikiran sempit tentang tumbuh dan memantik api-api kecil dalam tubuh.
