- Make sure all learning systems are running in accordance with standards
- Encourage fun learning, provide high-quality output; and ensure the quality of appealing material to boost interaction on social media to optimize enrollment potential
- Recruit the best possible students to ensure the Cetta Online Class Institution’s continued success as a center for online language study
- Give the most excellent service to potential clients and students of Cetta Japanese
- Provide reports and appreciation of student learning results while in Cetta Japanese
- Offer the highest learning standards based on applications and examinations of each language’s ability
- Ensure, double-check, and gather attendance and teacher compensation information based on student data
- Conduct teacher development and training
Minimum Qualifications:
- Min. JLPT N2
- Lived in Japan is a plus
- Preferably pursuing or has graduated from Japanese Studies
- Has good leadership skills
- Has a good understanding of business
- Has adequate learning facilities (PC/Laptop & good internet connection)
- Proficient in accessing Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Forms, Quizizz, etc
- Has teaching experience is preferred
- Communicative, energetic, and able to work with a team or individually
- Active and accustomed to accessing social media, such as Instagram and TikTok
